Size recommendation:
When choosing the right BOL size, not only body height but also the area of application is crucial:

Body height 115-155 cm and use at a normal table (table height approx. 72-76 cm): not recommended.
Body height 115-155 cm and use at a height-adjustable table: BOL 50-55 cm.
Body height 155-180 cm and use at a normal table (table height approx. 72-76 cm): BOL 60-65 cm
Body height 155-180 cm and use at a height-adjustable table: BOL 60-65 cm
Body height 180-200 cm and use at a normal table (table height approx. 72-76 cm): BOL 60-65 cm
