The LIVT weights are an excellent addition to our dynamic seating furniture VLUV BOL or KAPSUL. The steel core ensures stability, while the washable, non-slip, and allergen-free silicone coating makes for a pleasant training experience.
Includes exclusive access to extensive video or photo tutorials with various exercises for inspiration at home or at work. A storage bag made of untreated cotton is included. If you want to add an extra challenge to your training, the LIVT can easily be combined with the VLUV VIPPA balance board.
